  • Sunrise Rattan is an online merchant that offers quality modern rattan, bamboo and wicker furniture to our retail and corporate clients. We specialize in durable, weather and UV resistant synthetic rattan and wicker furniture designed for stylish outdoor living.
  • Do you have a store?
  • Sunrise Rattan is only an online merchant. Our online, direct from factory floor to the customer business model enables us to deliver the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost.
  • Who Handles Customer Care and what if we have a question about a product?
  • We work directly with our customers through our Chicago, IL corporate headquarters, not through a call center. We can be contacted through our Contact Us page on our website or at 1-800-971-3585 Monday- Friday from 9am EST- 7pm EST excluding national holidays.

PRODUCTS

  • How is your furniture constructed?
  • All of our patio furniture designed for outdoor living is weaved over a powder coated aluminum frame making the furniture light weight and highly resistant to corrosion. Our rattan and wicker outdoor furniture is then weaved with manmade fiber. The fiber is polyethylene based and through-dyed which is also 100% weatherproof in the harshest conditions.
  • Where can I find the dimensions of a piece of furniture?
  • All product information is posted on the products listing page. Please check dimensions to make sure our outdoor furniture will fit perfectly into your entertaining area.
  • Is your outdoor furniture easy to clean?
  • Since the frame is highly resistant to corrosion and the weave is a polyethylene based fiber, you can easily clean your furniture to always look great!
  • How should I clean my cushions?
  • All cushions are weather resistant and machine washable. Remove the cushion's foam and wash the canvas polyester covers on gentle or delicate cycles.

DELIVERY

  • How do you ship my order?
  • Due to the size of our furniture we ship all products with a freight carrier. Please see our shipping and handling section for more details.
  • How much does delivery cost?
  • Sunrise Rattan offers Free Standard Shipping on many of our products, check specific product listings. For Free Standard Shipping, the freight carrier agent will remove your order from the truck for you to receive at "curbside". You are responsible for transporting the packaged items from "curbside" to your entertaining area.
  • What is White Glove Delivery?
  • White Glove Delivery includes Free Standard Shipping but the freight carrier agent will bring your packaged items to your entertaining area for an extra charge which you can select at time of purchase. Please check the weight of the item that you are purchasing and White Glove Delivery costs before you make a decision.
  • How long does delivery take?
  • You will receive your order within 10 business days.
  • Where do you ship to?
  • We deliver only to the continental United States Monday thru Friday excluding national holidays.
  • I have a question about the delivery status of my furniture. How can I get help?
  • Sunrise Rattan will update you via email throughout the delivery timeline which is less than 10 business days from the time of order. The freight carrier will also be in contact with you to establish a convenient time for you to accept delivery. Please call or contact us throughout this process with any questions.
  • Can I pick up my furniture?
  • Unfortunately our warehouse does not allow consumer product pick up.
  • Will my furniture be assembled for me?
  • Most furniture comes fully assembled. Minor assembly is required for some products. Please refer to the product listing page for details.

GUARANTEES & RETURNS

  • Can I cancel my order?
  • All orders are shipped in one business day; please contact us immediately to cancel any orders. Once a product is shipped through our freight carrier and a cancel is requested, it is treated like a return.
  • What Is Your Return/Guarantee Policy?
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Some products have shipping included in the product price, including "free Standard Shipping" shipping items, and for those items, our actual round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. These costs would be deducted from any credit or refund if you want to return that item.
  • What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
  • On rare occasion, if damage occurs during the shipping process, these items are replaceable and excluded to the return policy. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Upon delivery ask the driver for the delivery receipt. Count and inspect all of the items being shipped. If a package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt when you sign for delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one.

  • Sunrise Rattan accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal
  • Can I pay by check?
  • You can set-up a PayPal account and pay by check through your PayPal account.
  • I would like to pay over the phone, is this possible?
  • If you would like to pay by phone please call us during regular business hours at 1-800-971-3585, Monday thru Friday 9am – 7pm EST excluding national holidays.
  • Do you have financing plans?
  • Financing plan can be established for our corporate orders only.
  • Do you accept COD?
  • We do not accept COD.
  • When do I get charged for my order?
  • Since we ship within one business day, all order payments are made within this timeframe.
  • Are the prices in my Shopping Cart guaranteed?
  • Sunrise Rattan makes every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items stored in your Shopping Cart are subject to change until you have actually placed your order. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the case of a pricing error or other technical issue. In the rare instance that your order is not accepted, you will be notified immediately and your card will not be charged.
