If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Some products have shipping included in the product price, including "free" shipping items, and for those items, our actual round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. These costs would be deducted from any credit or refund if you want to return that item.
In the instant your package has been damaged during the shipping process, these items are replaceable and excluded to the above policy. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Upon delivery ask the driver for the delivery receipt. Count and inspect all of the items being shipped. If a package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt when you sign for delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you have any delivery problems.
