Sunrise Rattan offers Free Standard Shipping on many of our products. This option will be listed on the product page. We deliver to the continental United States Monday thru Friday excluding national holidays.

Sunrise Rattan will keep you updated via email throughout the delivery timeline which is less than 10 business days from the time of order. To contact shipping directly please use our Contact form and select "Delivery Status". All orders are shipped in one business day directly from our warehouse allowing you to receive your new furniture fast with satisfaction guaranteed!

We ship our furniture using a freight carrier with two options depending on your needs. With either option your freight carrier agent will contact you the day of delivery to verify delivery time and that someone will be present.

» Free Standard Shipping, the freight carrier agent will remove your order from the truck for you to receive at "curbside." You are responsible for transporting the packaged items from "curbside" to your entertaining area.

» White Glove Delivery includes Free Standard Shipping but the freight carrier agent will bring your packaged items to your entertaining area for an extra charge. Please check the weight of the item that you are purchasing and White Glove Delivery costs before you make a decision. Contact Us for more details!
